Welcome to the new Tiny Kitchen!

by Joel on November 5, 2010

Welcome, dear friends and faithful readers, to the new and improved Six by 10 Tiny Kitchen!  We’ve got a brand new look, a brand new address, and with any luck many, many more culinary adventures from our diminutive kitchen.

The new blog is, and will be for some time, in a state of transition as I learn the WordPress system and customize it to bring you the best foodie experience I can.  I cannot tell you how excited I am to take this big step, and how honored I am that you have followed this humble blog from it’s beginning at sixby10.blogspot.com.  Now the Tiny Kitchen is all grown up, with it’s own big-boy web address and everything.

While my posts have been sporadic as of late, (regular life has kept me offline and away from the kitchen for much too long), I think having this new blog presence will inspire me to create more exciting things in the kitchen.  I certainly owe it to you, for sticking around this long.  We have more exciting times ahead, but that is for another post.

What better time to introduce the new Six by 10 Tiny Kitchen than the opening of the 2nd annual Foodbuzz Food Blogger Festival!

2nd Annual Food Blogger Festival

The Foodbuzz Food Blogger Festival is sure to be the most happening foodie event of the year, with hundreds of ravenous food bloggers descending on San Francisco for a weekend of eating, drinking, picture taking, more eating, and of course blogging.

Last year’s event was an enormous success, and it looks like the kids at Foodbuzz have outdone themselves again this year.  The festivities begin tonight with a welcome reception and street food fair for all of us to gorge ourselves on.  The excitement continues tomorrow and Sunday with foodie seminars, a tasting pavilion hosting dozens of the most amazing makers of food and wine, and of course the exquisite gala dinner.

Needless to say, this weekend will be epic, and I cannot wait to spend even this short amount of time with all of the amazing food bloggers coming to town.

Stay tuned for more Foodbuzz Food Blogger Festival updates, some mouth watering pictures, and many, many more food adventures from Six by 10 Tiny Kitchen.

Hey Joel! I just put the grape jelly and honey into my pantry. It won’t be long before I break into them. It was nice meeting you at the Foodbuzz Festival. I hope you enjoy my homemade jams. Nice new blog digs you have here!
